2. The conditions under which articles m a y be forwarded at the reduced rates for

3. Live bees, silkworms and leeches are allowed to pass by letter and parcel post
on condition that they are sent in suitable cases, and so packed a3 to avoid all risk of
injury to officers of the Post Office or to other packets.
