length hare been; laid down by the Weights ami
Measures Laws 1890 and 1930. T h e donum ii,
however, computed at different sizes by the inhabitants
in different parts of the Colony* and under the
Interpretation L a w (No. 26 of 1935) it is reckoned
as ** 1,600 square yards, according to the British
Imperial Standard."
