The following fees are payable by every person in default in connection with the
sale of the movable or the immovable property of such person for the execution of the
-Comptroller's warrant in addition to the amount due by such person in respect of the
tax or duty mentioned in such warrant:—

(,1) " Visitor" means a person who imports a motor car or motor eycie for his own use whilst on a visit to Cyprus. Such motor car
or motor cycle must be furnished with a valid Fiscal Permit issued in accordance with the International Convention regarding
the
Taxation of Foreign Motor Vehicles, signed at Genera on the 30th March, 1931, and be registered in the territory of one of the parties
to 'has Convention. The visit may consist of one or more periods of stay totalling in ail ninety days within a period of one year, the
'after ner.od being reckoned from the day of the issue of the Fiscal Permit to the corresponding day in the following year.
