Samples, Commercial Papers and Printed Papers can be ascertained at any Post Office.
3. Live bees, silkworms and leeches are allowed to pass b y letter and parcel post
on condition that they are sent in suitable cases, and so packed as to avoid all risk of
injury to officers of the Post Office or to other packets.
