1. O n application and statement of particulars for the registration of a general
partnership and such fee shall cover the issue of one certificate of regis–

2. O n application and statement of particulars for the registration of a limited
partnership and such fee shall cover the issue of one certificate of regis–
tration :
(o) Where the total capital of the limited partners does not exceed £100 10 0
(6) Where the total capital of the limited partners exceeds £100 ,then for
every subsequent £100 or part thereof

business name by an individual and such fee shall cover the issue of one
