(o) Every ordinary postal packet not prepaid or insufficiently prepaid will be charged
on delivery with double postage or double the amount of deficiency: but that charge
shall not be less than icp.
(6) Every registered"postal packet not prepaid or insufficiently prepaid will be charged
on delivery with an amount equal to the deficient postage.

and Forei<m Countries can be insured, subject to a limit of insured value and the
Postal Insurance Regulations, 1925, at the Post Offices at Famagusta, Kyrenia, Larnaca,
Limassoi, Nicosia, Paphos, Pedhoulas, Platres and Troodos
The m a x i m u m sum of insurance which may be effected is £120.
The tees payable on letters and boxes for countries to which the system of insurance
