N o fee is payable in respect of such proceedings ; but, in the case of copies of any orders, ,
warrants or other proceedings being required by any other than the Comptroller of Customs
and Inland Revenue or a tax collector, then the copies shall be furnished on the same terms '
and on payment of the same fees as are payable in respect of the furnishing of copies of thefileof
proceedings in a civil action, such fee to be applied and disposed of in the same manner as fees
