(a) Every ordinary postal packet not prepaid or insufficiently prepaid will be charged j
on"delivery with double postage or double the amount of deficiency *. but that charge ]

(6) Every registered postal packet not prepaid or insufficiently prepaid will be charged
on delivery with an amount equal to the deficient postage.
LATE POSTING.
For every postal packet, irrespective of weight, handed in at any
Post Office after the ordinary hours of collection

For every postal packet delivered in Cyprus upon which Customs duty
has to be collected
POSTE RESTANTE.
{Where there is a House to House Delivery Service.)

INSURANCE OF LETTERS AND BOXES.
Letters and boxes for Great Britain and Northern Ireland, certain British Possessions
and Foreign Countries can be insured, subject to a limit of insured value and the
Postal Insurance Regulations, 192.5, at the Post Offices at Famagusta, Kyrenia, Larnaca,
Limassoi, Nicosia, Paphos, Pedhoulas, Platres and Troodos.
The maximum sum of insurance which may be effected is £120.
The fees payable on letters and boxes for countries to which the syBtem of insurance
extends are as follows :—
For letters—

The registration and insurance fees must be prepaid in addition to the full postaee /
Compensation for the loss of an insured letter, or box, or its contentswiU not
