(a) Tbe amoant realized from the sale of stamps was £68,383 2a. 4cp., of w'uich £41,033 9s. 3cp. has been credited
to Head 2, item 13 "Stamp Duties"; £9,692 8s. 4cp. to item 9 " Licences -.—Motor Vehicles and Drivers" of
the same Head; £10,134 4s. lcp. to Head I, item 2 "Import Duties collected by Pr>6t Office"; and the
balance to various other items of Revenue.
(&) This includes £7,700 paid as subsidy to the Khedivial Mail Steamship and Graving Dock Company, Ltd., and
£2,500 to the Lloyd Triestino Steamship Company.
