The tax on g'-ats may be increased and that on sheep decreased by the Governor in
Council provided that n o increase shall b e m a d e in the total a m o u n t receivable as calculated
u p o n the basis of the last preceding official returns of che n u m b e r s of sheep a n d °-oats in the
Island.
S h e e p a n d goats not produced b y the o w n e r s at the first official enumeration a n d uncounted
thereat are liable to doubie tax.
* PIG TAX.
4*^cp. per head yearly o n every pig over three m o n t h s old.
Pigs not produced b y the owners at the first official enumeration a n d u n c o u n t e d thereat are
liable to double tax.
