No fee is payable in respecc of such proceedings ; but, in the case of copies of anv orders
warrants or other proceedings being required by any other than the Commissioner or Principal
Officer of Customs of the District in which the proceedings are taken, or anv person authorized
by eitner of them to apply on his behalf, then the copies shall be furnished 'on the same terms
and on payment of the same fees as are payable inrespectof the furnishing of copies of thefileof
proceedings in a civil action, such fee to be applied and disposed of in the same manner as fees
paid for copies of such file of proceedings.
