CIVIL ACTIONS BEFORE THE 8CPRE_I__ COURT, THE DISTRICT COURTS, AND THE
ASSISTANT DISTRICT JUDGES' COURTS.
ACTUOKJTY.
In matters regulated by the Rules of Court, 1927, and in matters
arising under the authority of clause 70 of the High Court of Justice
Law, 1879, the following fees are appointed to be taken in the Supreme
Court, in the several District Courts, in the Assistant District Judges'
Court3, in any office which is connected with anr of those Courts and
by any officer attached to any of those Courts, in respect of the
several proceedings mentioned :—
On sealing a writ of summons iu an action :—
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter
in dispute does not exceed £5
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter in
dispute exceeds £5 but does not exceed £10
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter in
dispute exceeds £10 but not £25
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter in
dispute exceeds £25 but not £50
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter in
dispute exceeds £50 but not £100
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter in
dispute exceeds £100 but is under £300
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter in
dispute is £300 and over
O n appUcation to re-enter any action for hearing when it
has been entered and struck out for default of appearance
and is not re-entered by leave of Court:—
Where the amount claimed does not exceed £25
Where the amount claimed exceeds £25 bnt not £100 ..
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter in
dispute exceeds £100 but is under £300
Where the amount claimed or the value of the matter in
dispute is £300 and over
O n filing a petition in a matrimonial cause
Other fees in a matrimonial cause .. .. .. I
On filing a petition in any other cause or matter .. i

O n filing an application other than an application in a
