* LICENCE DUTIES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE SALE
OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS BY RETAIL.
F o r every hotel, a n y premises occupied b y a club, theatre, restaurant or other place
used for the sale of intoxicating liquors b y retail, a n annual percentage o n the rental or
yearly value of the premises so used after the rate of 5 0 per cent., but so that the license
d u t y for a n hotel or for a club-house shall not exceed £ 5 a n d so that the license d u t y for f
