C U S T O M S O V E R T D I E FEES—continued.
NOTE.—-For cases where the employment is limited to the forenoon or afternoon of
any day, half rates on'y shall be charged for work within the so called legal hours.
When two or more "vessels are working at the same time the charge for extra
attendance of Officers shall, so far as is practicable, be divided among them.
These fees shall only be charged for the services of Officers belonging to the
Establishment.

N o Officer shall, during the year, draw in overtime fees an amount which is
greater than his actual salary.

Men-of-war and ships driven into pore under scress of weather are exempted from the above
dues.
Charges for the use of accommodation and water
payable by all persons other than passengers who may be quarantined, other than persons in
Government employ, at a rate according to accommodation required. (CS. 627J13 of10th April, 1913.)
Passengers in quarantine are charged according co the following scale for the use of
available accommodation and water:—

Children under three years of age are exempc.
Charges in respect of any vessel on which a medical inspection is performed.

Dues charged on vessels which have come to Cyprus solely for the purpose of
performing quarantine.
In addition to the above, or any quarantine dues, the following dues are charged on
vessels which, in che opinion of che Chief Medical Officer or the Chief Port Authority, have
oome to Cyprus solely for the purpose of performing quarantine :—

Charges for disinfection on board ships.
The following charges are made for the disinfection of crews clothing and deratization on
board ships m ballast performing voluntary quarantine:—
