For the inspection of the berthing or sleeping accommodation of the crew:—
For each visit to the ship ... ... ... ... ... ... 0 10 0
Provided as followB :—
(..) The aggregate amount of the fees for any such inspection shall
not exceed £1 whatever be the number of separate visits.
(b.) When the accommodation is inspected at the same time with the
measurement of the tonnage no separate fee shall be charged for
the inspection.
For the inspection of light and fog signals :—
For each visit made to the ship on the application of the owner and
for each visit made where the lights orfittingsare found defective 0 10 0
Provided that the aggregate amount of fees for any 3uch inspection shall
not exceed £1 whatever be the number of separate visits.
For the inspection of the marking of a ship :—
For each visit made to the ship on the application of the owner and
for each visit made where the provisions of the Merchant Shipping
Acts with respect thereto have not been complied with ... ... 0 10 0
Provided as follows :—
(a.) The aggregate amounc of the fees for any such inspection shall not exceed 10s»
whatever be the number of separate visits.
{b.) Wheti tiie marking is inspected at the same time as the vessel is being measured
for registry on re-registry no separace fee shall be charged for the inspection.
•REIMBURSEMENTS, viz.:—
Sale of maps, repayment for temporary Customs Officers and temporary Forest
Guards, sale of drugs, hospital stoppages. Police purchases of discharge, sale of Police
and Customs clothing, saie of Government pubUcations, Printing Office reimbursements,
hire of Government motorcars, reimbursement for EvUaf for Audit clerks, reimbursement
for orderlies to Police officers, overpayments recovered, etc.

LOAN WORKS.

ANCHORAGE AND MOORING IN FAMAGUSTA HARBOUR.
(to he charged when a vessel is not paying Berthage dues).
For every ton of the vessel's registered tonnage, per week or part of a week 5 paras
with a maximum charge of 4kcp. per week or part of a week in the case
of vessels of 50 tons and under, and of 1/- per week or part of a week
in the case of vessels exceeding 50 tons but not exceeding 100 tons.
Vessels registered as Cyprus ships, half rates.
Vessels other than Cyprus ships, laying up for the winter, half rates.
For the purposes of these regulations the winter is reckoned as from the loth Nov
in any year to the 15th March in the following year.
EXEiTPTIO*MS.
(a) All ships registered as Cyprus ships laying up for the winter in the Inner Harbour
provided that they moor at such places as the Harbour Master directs.
(6) Lighters and boats licensed under the Boats Regulations Law, 183*4* fishing
boats and pleasure boats.
(c) Ships of War.
(ti) Yachts belonging to recognised clubs and wholly in ballast.
