ItEGLSTRATION OF PARTNERSHIPS AND BUSINESS NAMES.
TABLE OF FEES TO BE PAID TO THE REGISTRAR OF PARTNERSHIPS.
1. On application and statement of particulars for the registration of a -"eneral
partnership and such fee shall cover the issue of one certificate of regis–
tration .. .. . . . .
2. On appUcation and statement of particulars for the registration of a limited
partnership and such fee shall cover the issue of one certificate of regis–
tration :
(a) Where the total capital of the limited partners does not exceed £100
(6) Where the total capital of the limited partners exceeds £100 .then for
every subsequent £100 or part thereof
(c) Maximum Fee . . . .
3. On application and statement of particulars for the registration of a
business name by an individual and such fee shall cover the issue of one
certificate of registration
4. On application and statement of particulars for the registration of a business"
name by two or more individuals cairrying on business in general partner–
ship and such fee shall cover the issue of one certificate of registration
5. On application and statement of particulars for the registration of a busi–
ness name by two or more individuals carrying on business in limited oart-
nership and such fee shall cover the issue of one certificate of registration •—
(a) Where the total capital of the limited partners does not exceed <-100
(6) Where the total capital of the limited partners exceeds £100 then for
every subsequent £100 or part thereof
(c) Maximum Fee
6. On statement of change in the liabilitv of all the partners bv reason of
their becoming general instead of limited partners and such fee shall
cover the issue of one certificate of registration of such change ..
