The circumference of the tree to he measured 5 feet from the ground and the height
from 1 ^ feet above the ground to such height us will allow a baulk of timber to be cut.
For a licence for timber cut in State Forests when not taken out as above—a due of
one-third of all timber cut or delivered at such place as the Principal Forest Officer shall direct.
