N o fee is payable in respect of. such proceedings ; but, in the case of copies .of any orders,
warrants or other proceedings being required by any ocher than the Commissioner or Principal
Officer of Customs of the District in which the proceedings are taken, or any person authorized
by either of them co apply ou his behalf, then che copies shall be furnished on che same cerins
and on paymenc of the same fees as are payable in respect of the furnishing of copies of che tile of
proceedings iu a civil accion, such fee to be applied and disposed of in the same manner as fees
paid for copies of suchfileof proceedings.
