REMARKS ON THE WEATHER EXPERIENCED DURING THE YEAR 1926.
The Mean Temperature as recorded in the screen at Nicosia during 1926 was 66°.7F.
as against 66°.0F. for the last 15 years. The Mean Maximum 78°.5F ; Mean Minimum
54°.9F. as against 77°.7F. and 54°.4F. respectively for the last 15 years.
The average Rainfall for the whole Island for 1926 was 23.19 inches.

The rainv and cool season is from October to March. The climate is varied ; hot and
drv in the plains m summer ; damp on the sea-shore and cool on rhe hills.
