° ANCHORAGE AND MOORING IN FAMAGUSTA HARBOUR.
{to be charged when a vessel is not paying Berthage dues).
For every tonof the vessel's registered tonnage, per week or part of a week 5 paras
with a m i n i m u m charge of tic p. per week or pare of a week in the case
of vessels of 50 tons and under, and of I/- per week or part of a week
in the case of vessels exceeding 50 tons but not exceeding 100 tons.
Vessels registered as Cyprus ships, half rates.
Vessels other than Cyprus ships, laying up fo the winter, half rates.
For the purposes of these regulations the winter is reckoned as from the loth Nov.
in any year to the 15th March in the foliowing.jrear.
EXEMPTIONS.
(a) All ships registered as Cyprus ships laying up for the winter in the Inner Harbour
provided that they moor at such places as the Harbour Master directs.
(6) Lighters and boats licensed under the Boats Regulations Law, 1884 ; fishing
boats and pleasure boats.
(c) Ships of W a r .
[d) Yachts belonging to recognised clubs and wholly in ballast.

NOTE.—For cases where the employment is limited to the forenoon or afternoon of
any day, half rates only shall be charged for work within the so called legal hours.
W h e n two or more vessels are working at the same time the charge for extra
attendance of Officers shall, so far as is practicable, be divided among them.
These fees shall only be charged for the services of Officers belonging to the
Establishment.
N o Officer shall, during the year, draw in overtime fees an amount which is
greater than his actual salary.
