Visas on British passports are granted free ; for Foreign passports held by citizens of the
undermentioned countries the following scale of charges is applicable :—
Poland.—Ordinary visas, valid for one year, the equivalent of 40 gold francs.
Transit visas, valid for one unbroken joumey, the equivalent of 1 gold franc.
Kingdom of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes.—10s. for a single journey visa.
Finland.—8s. for an ordinary visa ; Sep. for a transit visa.
Germany.—£3 for an ordinary visa valid for one year ; 15s. for a single journey visa.
France.—£1 for a visa to any British Colony or to 'Iraq or Palestine.
Latvia.—The equivalent of ten gold francs for an ordinary visa, valid for one year
and one gold franc for a transit visa.
Peru.—The sum of £1 or its equivalent for all British visas whether ordinary or transit.
Guatemala.—Only visas valid for a single journey to be issued and a charge of S2
United States currency or its equivalent to be made therefor.

Brazil.—Transit and ordinary visas, only valid for a single joumey, t milreis gold )• c.S. 1016/23.
($2.20 Unitetl States currency).
Bulgaria.—The sum of £1 for all British visas, valid for twelve months.
Colombia.—All visas, £1.
Roumania.—The sum of £2 forall visas, single journey or transit.
Russia.—Soviet Government.—The sum of 10s. 4icp. for all visas, valid for a single
journey.
United States of America.—The equivalent of §10 (United States currency) for an
ordinary visa, valid for twelve months ; and Sl for a transit visa.
Chile.—All visas 18s.
Hungary.—Visas valid for 12 months, 120 francs (gold); visas for single journey
only, 10 francs (gold).
Ecuador.—The sum of £2 in addition to ordinary visa charges.
All other countries.—5s. for an ordinarv visa.
