Proceedings in respect of which a fee is payable to a Registrar of
a District Court or the Supreme Court:—

On furnishing a copy of the notes of any evidence taken on the
hearing of an action before a Village Judge: t
Where the copy does not exceed 200 words in English or Greek
or 130 words in Turkish
For every additional 100 words or part thereof .-

N o fee is payable iu respect of such proceedings -, but, in the case of copies of any orders,
warrants or other proceedings being required by any other than the Commissioner or Principal
Officer of Customs of the District in which the proceedings are taken, or any person authorized
by either of them to apply on his behalf, then the copies shall be furnished on the same terms
and on payment of the same fees as are payable in respect of the furnishing of copies of the file of
proceedings in a civil action, such fee to be applied and disposed of in the same manner as fees
paid for copies of suchfileof proceedings.
