f CUSTOMS OVERTIME FEES.
Fees to be p u d in respect of the attendance of Officers of the Customs Department on
holidays, Sundays, and before and after the regulated hours of-business:—
per hour, per day

NOTE.—For cases where the employment is limited to rhe forenoon or afternoon of
any day, half rates only shall be charged for work within the so called legal hours.
W h e n two or more vessels are working at the same time the charge for extra
attendance of Officers shall, so far as is practicable, be divided among them.
These fees shall only be charged for the services of Officers belonging to the
Establishment.
N o Officer shall, during the year, draw in overtime fees an amount which is
greater than his actual salary.

Charges for the use of accommodation and -water
payable by all persona othar than passengers who maty be quarantined, other than persons in
Government employ, ala rate according io accommodation required. (CS. 627\lSof10th April, 1913.)
Passengers iu quarantine are charged according to the following scale for the use of
available accommodation and water :—
