The amount required for repairs, improvements, erection, extension or development
of any school buildings, premises, playgrounds, rents, furniture, maintenance, etc., etc.,
or the annual interest and sinking fund, if the s u m required has been raised b y a loan,
a n d for amounts written off as UTecoverable from past assessments, is provided b y the )• Law 52 of 1923,
apportionment of the a m o u n t a m o n g the churches, monasteries or throne according to
their property situated in a town or village, and the Greek-Christian inhabitants of the
town, village or villages according to the means of each person.
