The following rates of postage are collected upon correspondence sent from Cypras to
foreign Countries, and upon correspondence exchanged within the Island :—
FOREIGN POSTAGE.
For conveyance to the United Kingdom and those British Possessions, Colonies,
Protectorates, etc., which have adopted the Imperial Postage Scheme :—
For each letter not exceeding 1 oz. in weight

INSURANCE OX REGISTERED LETTERS.
The following fees are charged in re-tpect of Registered letters addressed to the United
Kingdom and certain British Colonies and Foreign Countries containing papers of valne on
which it is desired to effect an insurance for the valae of their contents while in transmission
through the Post, subject to the Postal Insurance Regulations, 1922.
In addition to the fee payable for postage for a letter ot the same -freight and for the same
destination, the following charges will also be made:—

The amounc of compensation payable in respect of any one Insured Registered Letter will
not exceed the sura specified as "The Limit of Insurance".
This service of Insurance is in force at the Post Offices of Nicosia, Limassoi, Larnaca,
Famagnsta, Paphos, Kyrenia, Platres and Troodos only.
