Government House, Nicosia,

occupying three sides of a
square.
The central (entrance) block
containing the public
rooms is wood wich a scone

garden by pipes, but the
supply is a poor oue.
There is an incinerator
at the south c:;d cf the
gardens. A labourer is
paid by the Government
Co attend to the earth
closets and remove rubbish.
There is a guard room at
the entrance gate.
