REMARKS ON THE WEATHER EXPERIENCED DURING THE YEAR 1922.
The Mean Temperature as recorded in the screen at Nicosia during 1922 was 66°.9F.
as against 65°.8F. tbr the last 10 vears. The Mean Maximum 78°.6F ; Mean Minimum
55°.2F. as against 77°.4F. and 54°.2 f

. respectively for the last 10 years.
The average Rainfall for the whole Island for 19.22 wa3 13.41 inches.
The rainv and cool season is from October to March. The climate i.s varied ; hot and
dry in the plains in summer ; damp on the sea-shore and cool on the hills.
