Prisoners of good behaviour and industrious in 'abom
sentenced to not less than two years are, if make,
three-fourths, or, if females, after two-thirds of
term of imprisonment has expired, recommended I
High Commissioner for remission of their sentence, n-Hb,
or without, Ticket of Leave.
