C O U R T FEES—continued.
For the service out of Cyprus of any document required to be served
through the Court such sum as shall be actually expended in effecting
such service and procuring evidence thereof. A n y Judge or the Registrar
of the Court mav. on application being made for such service" ro be
effected, iv-jnire the applicant to deposit in Court such sum tis may be
estimated to be necessary for defraying the expenses of such service and
the procuring of evidence thereof.
In any up .reeding not provided for in tiie aliove scale, in respect
whereof a foe was chargeable prior to the 17th April, 1886, the same fee
shall continue to lie taken as before that date. A n y such fee where
expressed in the currency of the Ottoman Empire to be reckoned at the
rate of H Cyprus piastres for a piastre and :!() Cyprus piastres for a
medjid, and where expressed in British currency to be reckoned at the
nite of ] * Cyprus piastres for every two pence.

On sealing a writ of summons in any action :
Where the amount cairned is £ 2 0 or under
Where the amount claimed exceeds £2l) :
Where no liquidated sum is claimed or where the recovery
of money is not the object of the action
On sealing a summons to any person to attend as a witness or
orthcrwise. ...

On order giving leave to appeal to the Privy Council from any

O n review by the Conrt of any order of a Judge :
