The circumference of the tree to be measured 5 feet from the ground and the height
from 1-^ feet above the ground to such height as will allow a balk of timber to be cut.
For a license for timber cut in State Forests when not taken out as above—a due of
one-third of all timber cut or delivered at such place as the Principal Forest Officer shall direct.

3.—License to collect wood in the State Forests for making Lime, for each
period of three months for which the license is granted and for
each kiln supplied ...
4.—License to collect wood in the State Forests for the making of charcoal
in one kiln, for each period of three months for which the license
is granted
5.—License to collect and transport wood from the forest to any town or
village other than the villages mentioned in clause 7 of the Forest
Law, 1879 :
For every mule, horse, or donkey, for one month
For every camel for three months...
For every 2-wheeled cart drawn by I animal for oue month
