bankruptcy.

"Where the jurisdiction of any village Judge has beeu or shall hereafter be enlarged by the
High Commissioner under the power concained in Clause 28 (I) of the Cyprus Courcs of Justice
Orders, 1882 to 11)08, in lieu of the fees charged on issue of a Writ of Summons in Schedule I of
the Tillage Judge Rules, 1909, the following fees 3hall be charged :—
(a). Where there is a claim for money in respect of any debt, damage or demand
whether such claim arises under a concract or out of trespass or damage done to
movable or immovable propercy or from any other cause where the amount claimed
does not exceed £ 5 - - - - - -

(b) Where the action is iu respect of a right to the use in common of immovable property
dedicated Co Che public or for partition there shall be charged a fee of 2 0
(c) Where the amount claimed exceeds £5 or where no definite sum is claimed and in all
