L -TN PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE DISTRICT COURTS UNDER THE TITHE AND TAX
COLLECTION LAW (NO. 1 4) 1882:
N o fee is payable in respect of such proceedings ; bnt, in the case of copiet of a n y orders,
warrants or other proceedings being required b y any other than the C o m m i s s i o n e r or Principal
Officer of C n s t o m s of the District in w h i c h the proceedings are taken, or a n y person authorized
hy either of t h e m to apply o n his behalf, then the copies shall b e furnished o n the s a m e terms
a n d o n p a y m e n t of the s a m e fees as are payable in respect of the furnishing of copies of thefileof
proceedings in a civil action, snch fee to be applied a n d disposed of in the s a m e m a n n e r as fees
