Education Law are supported by assessment and
Government Grant.
Private Schools are 4 endowed Greek Schools and 6
Moslem supported by Evkaf.
Moslem Schools.—Under Voluntary Contributions £343
paid by Evkaf and £77 from Municipality Funds.
Greek-Christian Schools.—Under Voluntary Contributions
the sum £258 represents Endowments and Voluntary
Contributions from private subscriptions.
NOTE.
The average daily attendance in Moslem Elementary
Schools was 5,517.
And in Greek-Christian Schools 29,613. Attendances
of Boys and Girls bare not been separately recorded.
