For a license for timber cut in State Forests when not taken out as above—a due of
one-third of- all timber cut or delivered at such place as the Principal Forest Officer shall direct.

period of three months for which the License is granted aud for

5.—License to collect and transport wood from the forest to any town or
village other than the villages mentioned iu clause 7 of the Forest
