The regulation of the construction of

unfit for habitation or in a dangerous con–

The provision of storage accon-unoda-
' tion for inrlauimabie and explosive sub–
stances.
A n d generally cir doing of such acts
as will promote the health, comfort and
convenience of the people residing within
the Municipal limics.
For these purposes the Municipalities
have power, with the approval of the
High Commissioner. :o impose rates and
other fees ami charges as set out under
"Sources of Pievem-e" and to make Bye-
