POSTAGE RATES.
AUTHORTTT.
The following rates of postage are collected upon correspondence sent from Cyprus to
Foreign Countries, and upon correspondence exchanged within the Island :—
FOREIGN POSTAGE.
For convevance to the United Kingdom and those British Possessions, Colonies,
Protectorates, etc.. which have adopted the Imperial Penny Postage for each letter not
exceeding in weight 1 oz

For every additional 1 oz. in weight

For conveyance to any place beyond the sea (except the United Kingdom and cp
certaiu British" Colouies and Possessions, hereinafter enumerated) for letters per 1 oz.

For commercial papers the same as for printed papers but with a minimum charge

Post-cards of private manufacture authorised by the Island Postmaster are permitted
to pass at the ratesfixedfor official post-cards.
Foreign Post-cards addressed to the United Kingdom may have newspaper cuttings attached
thereto.
