SPECIFICATION OF TAXES, DUTIES, &C.
C O U R T FEES—continued.
For che service out of Cyprus of any documenc required co be served
through che Court such sum as shall be actually expended in effecting
such service aud procuring evideuce thereof. Any Judge or the Registrar
of che Courc may, on application being made for such service to be
effected, require the applicant co deposic in Court such sum as may be
estimated co be necessary for defraying the expenses of such service aud
the procuring of evidence thereof.
In any proceeding not provided for in the above scale, in respect
whereof a fee was chargeable prior to che 17th April, 18SG, tiie same fee
shall continue co be caken as before that dace. Any such fee where
expressed in the currency of the Ottoman Empire to be reckoned at the
rate of H Cyprus piastres for a piastre and 3u Cyprus piastres for a
medjid, and where expressed in British currency to be reckoned at the
rate of li Cyprus piastres for every two pence.
