VI. Upon effecting a registration nnder Heads I. to IV. a further charge offiep.is levied as
cost of Paper and Clerk's Fee (the 1 ^cp. formerly paid to the Clerk is now paid to Govern–
ment) but, in the case of registration of original title nnder Head I., if the property is of
a value less than lOOcp. this charge is not taken. The like charge of 6cp. is levied upon
issuing a copy of a registration of title or mortgage.
VII. Upon registering a le:isc of land nnder the Public Lands (Leases) Law, 1882 :—

Fees for Searches :—
(1) Any intending purchaser or mortgagee ; (2) if the registered owner be dead, *|
anyone of his heirs, and if the registered-owner be alive, anyone who, in the event of
his death, would become his heir ; (:>) any creditor: who m a y have obtained a judgment
against the owner of any property: (4-V any person-to whom the Principal Onicer of
Land Registration of the District shall specially direct such information to be given :
may obtain information concerning property registered or supposed to be registered in
the Land Registry Oifices on payment of the following fees :—
' For search and certificate for Government Departments
For search and certificate in the administration of Infants'
Estates where the President of the Court certifies that the
estate is unable to pay the prescribed fees - - -
In all other cases : —
For search and certificate concerning a single registration
For search and certificate concerning more than one regi–
stration :—
For thefirstregistration in each village
For each subsequent registration in the same village
For search and certificate stating that no property can be
found registered iu the name of a particular person, for
each town or village mentioned iu the application
