COLLECTION LAW (NO. 14) 1382:
No fee is payable in respect of such proceedings ; but, in the case of copies of any orders,
warrants or other proceedings being required by auy other than the Commissioner or Principal
Officer of Customs of the District iu which the proceedings are taken, or any person authorized
by either of them to apply on his behalf, then the copies shall be furnished'on the 3ame terms
and on payment of the same fees as are payable in respect of tho furnishing of copies of tho lilo of
proceedings in a civil actiou, such fee to be applied and disposed of in the same manner as fees
paid tor copies of such file of proceedings.
In cases of seizure under this Law the charges are :
For man in possession
