(1 Destur, 742).
" Violence to person " includes threats and attempts to commit violence and offences committed by persons armed.
" Offence against property " includes offences against rights of property and injuries to the subjects of property but does
not include offences against the Forest L a w or under the Field Watchmen Law.
" Offence against the person " does not include insult or libel.
"Theft" includes wilfully receiving stolen property knowing it to be stolen.
