C O U R T FEES—continued.
For the service out of Cyprus of any document required to be served
through the Court such sum as shall be actually expended in effecting
such service and procuring evidence thereof. Any Judge or the Registrar
of the Court may, on application being made for such service to be
effected, require the applicant to deposit in Court such sum as may be
estimated to be necessary for defraying the expenses of such service aud
the procuring of evidence thereof.
In any proceeding uot provided for in the above scale, in respect
whereof a fee was chargeable prior to the 17th April, 1886, the same fee
shall continue to l>e taken as before that date. Any such fee where
expressed in the currency of the Ottoman Empire to be reckoned at the
rate of 1^ Cyprus piastres for a piastre and 30 Cyprus piastres for a
medjid, and where expressed in British currency to be reckoned at the
rate of lj Cyprus piastres for every two pence.

O n sealing a writ of summons in any action *.
Where the amount claimed is £ 2 0 or nnder
Where the amount claimed exceeds £ 2 0 :
"Where no liquidated sum is claimed or where the recovery
of mouey is not the object of the action
O n sealiug a summons to any persou to attend as a witness or
ortherwise. ...
O n entering a judgment or order for which no special fee is
provided
O n notice of appeal from a final judgment to the Privy Council
O n onier giving leave to appeal to the Privy Council from any
order not being afinaljudgment
O n review by the Conrt of any order of a Judge :
Where the amount claimed does not exceed £ 2 0
Where the amount claimed exceeds £ 2 0 or where recovery of
money is not the object of the action ...
O u application to tax any bill of costs :
For every £ 2 or part thereof claimed
O n review of any bill of costs
O n sealing any writ of execution :
T o recover any sum not exceeding £ 2 0 ...
T o recover any sum exceeding £20 but not exceeding £ 5 0 ...
To recover any sum exceeding £50
O n sealing any warrant of arrest of property
O n entering any caveat
O n furnishing an office copy of any part of thefileof proceedings :
Where the copy does uot exceed 200 words in any language
other than Turkish or 130 in Turkish ...
For every other 100 words or part thereof in any language
other than Turkish
For every further 100 words or part thereof in Turkish
On certifying a copy of any part of the file of proceedings, not
made by an officer of the Court, to be a true copy ...
