Persons wishing to ship goods on a foul vessel must be furnished with a guard, who will

All Goods imported by His Majesty's Government or for che Government of Cyprus co be
used in che public service aud duly *>--rtined as so imported by the Chief Secretary are exempt
from the pavment of Quarantine Dues.
PIER RATES.
Larnaca. Limassoi and Papho.
BERTHAGE.
Vessels lying alongside the Piers are charged the following rates for berthage :—
Vessels under 75 tons burthen ...

(The tons chargeable to be Register Tons according to rules of measurement for the time

(^1). Liarhcers disc-barging cargo from vessels in the Harbour or cak*-j**g cargo for shipment
on board such vessels, exempt.
(2). Vessels which neither land Foreigu cargo nor take cargo on b-c-ard for a Foreign Port,
to pay half che rate above described.

•3). Any vessel occupying a berth on more than 6 working days during her stay in the
harbour, to pay a further rate for each addicionai period of 6 working days equal to half the rate
above prescribed.
CRANAGE.
Vessels and Lighters using the Crane pay the following rates :—
For each single lift noe exceeding 1 ton
