I.—IN PROCEEDINGS BEFORE T H E DISTRICT COURTS U N D E R T H E TITHE AND T A X
COLLECTION L A W (SO. U ) 1882 :
Xo fee is payable in respect of such proceedings ; but, in the case of copies of any orders,
warrants or other proceedings being required by any other than the Commissioner or Principal
Rales of Court dated

Officer of Customs of the District in which the proceedings are taken, or any person authorized
by either of them to apply on his behalf, then the copies shall be furnished "ou the same terms / pnbiished'In Gazette's*

proceedings iu a civil action, such fee to be applied aud disposed of in the same manner as fees
