For the service
out
of Cyprus of
any document required
to be served
through the Court such sum as shall be actually ezpeuded in effecting
such service
aud
procuring eridence thereof. A n y Judge or the Registrar
of the Court may, ou application being made
for
auch service to be
effected, require the applicant to deposit in Court such sum as may be
estimated to be necessary for defraying the expenses of snch service.and
the procuring of evidence thereof.
In any proceeding uot provided for in the above scale, in respect
whereof a fee haa beeu heretofore chargeable, the same fee shall continue
to be taken as heretofore. Any such fee where expressed in the currency
of che Ottoman Empire to be reckoned at the rate of H Cyprua piastres
for a piastre and 30 Cyprus piastres for a medjid. and where expressed
in British currency Co be reckoned at the rate of 1-V Cyprus piastres
for every two pence.
