Officers of the Sheri Courts who aire not salaried officials receive as
remuneration for their sex-vices one-third of the fees (see Sheri
Court fees) taken by them.
RECEIVED BT OFFICERS OF THE LAND REGISTRT DEPARTMENT :
(1) For plans prepared in the Land Registry Offices, half the
amount takeu according to the following scale:—
Properties valued at less than £20
Properties valued at—
£20 but less than £30
£30 „ ,, £-10

£50 „ „ £60
£60 and upwards ...
On verification by the Land Registry Office of plans made by others
than a Government Surveyor
For copies of plans
(2) For prepariug, one of Office hours, copies of documentsfiledin
the Laud Regiscry Department
(3) For preparing out of Office hours translations into English,
Turkish or Greek of documents issued out of the Land Registry
Offices (excepc Certificates of Registration):
