The circumference of the tree to be measured five feet from the ground and the height
from 1-V feet above the grouud to snch height as trill allow a balk of timber to be cut.
License for cimber ent from fallen or dead trees in State Forests,—a due of one-third of
such timber delivered at such place as the Principal Forest Officer shall direct.
