and there has been less than ten years' occupation of it, the full value as estimated at time of grant of tide is taken ;
if ten years have elapsed,fiveper cent, of the value is taken. T h e sales by auction are cases of lands which have
escheated to the State by failure of heirs or where occupiers of waste lands have failed to pay equivalent value or
- five per cent, of it, as in the foregoing instances.
