Persons wishing co ship goods on a foul vessel must be furnished wich a guard, w h o will
undergo che same quarancine as chac to which che ship is subject. This guard will be charged
for atthe race of 3s. 4Jc.p. per diem.

to pay half the race above described.
(3). A n y vessel occupying a berch ou more than 6 working days during her scay in ehe
harbour, to pay a further race for each addicionai period of 6 working days equal co half" che rate
above prescribed.
