SPECIFICATION OF TAXES, DUTIES, &C.
POSTAGE RATES.
The following rates of postage are collected upon correspondence sent from Cyprus to
Foreign Countries, and upon correspondence exchanged within the Island :—
FOREIGN POSTAGE.
For conveyance to the United Kiugdom and those British Possessions, Colonies,
Protectorates, etc., which have adopted the Imperial Penny Postage for each letter not
exceeding in weight 1 oz
30 paras
For every additional 1 oz. ia weight
80 paras
For conveyance to any place beyond the sea (except the United Kingdom and cp.
certain British Colonies and Possessions, hereinafcer enumerated) for letters per 1 oz. 2
For every additional 1 oz

weight, and the weight of the packet of patterns is limited to 12 ozs. The size of a packet of
patterns is limited to 12 inches in length, 8 inches in width, and 4 inches in depth.
