(1). All vessels
following rates, viz.:
(a.) Anchorage and Mooring—
H e p . per diem for every ton of the vessel's tonnage ; provided thac in ehe case of a
vessel under 75 tons the charge does noe exceed the snm of ls. per diem.
(b.) Berthage alongside WJutrf or Jetty—
H e p . per diem for every ton of che vessel's tonnage. (This rate is in addition to che
rate chargeable in respect of Anchorage and Mooring as provided above.)
(c.) Cranage—
For each single lift not exceeding 1 ton ... ...

(2j. One-half of che races chargeable in respecc of Anchorage and Mooring
preceding Regulaciou Ls paid :
(c.) By all vessels anchoring in the outer harbour ;
(b.) By sailing vessels (for such period beyond seven days) remaining in the inner harbour
in excess of seven days ;
(c.) B y sailing vessels arriving and sailing in ballast or calling for orders.
(3). For the purpose of che -rates herein prescribed any portion of the day is counted as one
day.
(4). The tons chargeable are Register Tons according to the rules of measurement for che
time being in force in ehe Uniced Kingdom.
(5). The races above mencioned are charged in addition to the usual Shipping Dues now
payable ac ocher pores iu Cyprus.
(6). The following craft are exempt from the races herein prescribed:—
(fl.) All vessels laying up for the winter in the Inner Harbour, provided chac they moor
to such places as che Harbour Master direccs.
(b.) All lighcers and boacs licensed under L a w 2 of 1S84. discharging cargo from vessels
in Harbour or caking cargo on board such vessels.
(c.) All vessels seeking refuge during a scorm. provided chat no commercial transaction
cakes place and chey depare as soon as weacher pennies.
Note (1).—"Per diem and porciou of a day" may be taken as meaning 24 hours or porciou
chereof from citue of arrival. (C.C.C. 186 06 'of 2lse July. 1906.)
Note (2).—Berthage and cranage rates are not levied on lighcers or goods che propertv of
the Governmenc of Cvorus.

Fees to be paid in respect of the attendance of Officers of the Customs Departmenc on
holidays (other than Suudays; and before and after the regulaced hours of business :
